On September 12, Agrupamento de Escolas Terras do Ave promoted the dissemination of the project “Together We Rise”, a DiscoverEU initiative that engaged young people from different backgrounds in building a more united, inclusive, and sustainable Europe.
The project took participants mainly by train through several European countries, offering them a unique intercultural experience and the opportunity to come into close contact with different realities and challenges across Europe.
Together We Rise was structured around four key pillars:
Activity 1 – Leading the Way: encouraging youth leadership and active participation;
Activity 2 – Building Bridges: fostering intercultural dialogue and inclusion;
Activity 3 – Future Ready: developing skills to face future challenges;
Activity 4 – Sustainable Solutions: raising awareness and taking action for sustainability.
This event was an opportunity to highlight the commitment of the young participants and their mentors, to showcase the impact of such projects within the educational community, and to reinforce the importance of collaborative work at the European level.
